The house is a large modern 4 bed property in Marchwood, Southampton (SO40) in a quiet respectable cul-de-sac.



I want to do some work to the house so I am just looking to rent 1 room to a suitable person/s. This would mean that you would have the house to yourself a lot of the time although my husband and I would come and go (hence described as a room to let). The work we are looking to do affects 2 bedrooms and one of the lounges (there is a 2nd lounge you could use). The remainder of the house would be for your use. The price advertised is for a single room, although i do also have a double room, which would be at a cost of £500 for sole occupancy or £600 for a couple. PLEASE NOTE, I AM ONLY LOOKING TO RENT ONE OF THESE ROOMS, NOT BOTH.
